About Education, Environmental, & Estate Law, LLC
We support parents of children with disabilities in disputes with their school district or college, and by creating guardianships and conservatorships for adults with significant disabilities. We support families by developing estate plans, including special needs trusts. And we work to protect the natural beauty of Oregon and Washington by writing conservation easements and in defending forest and farmland owners whose trees or crops have been damaged by a neighbor or other organization.

Meet Kim
Instead of buying a sports car for my mid-life crisis, I enrolled in law school. In my free time, when not reading up on an interesting legal issue, I enjoy walks and hikes, time with family and friends and dogs, and hosting large dinners.
