Three teachers experienced a need in today's educational environment while in the classroom - to further challenge students, personalize and enrich their learning, and help instill valuable study skills. The need for quality, supplemental education options in the Eugene area created the vision for the Academic Achievement Center.
“AAC helped a group of parents (including me) set up a supplemental math group for six girls who just needed a bit more than the math being offered at school. We signed up and had the girls meet each week for an entire year. AAC staff found creative, fun teachers who were excited to teach our students. We really loved the teachers! My daughter experienced a positive bump in her standardized testing scores; and, more importantly, gained confidence and some terrific experience collaborating with other girls to solve challenging math problems. Total win/win.”
Often times we wait too long before getting help for our children. Academic deficits can almost always be helped but it's much easier to play catch up if it's caught earlier.
